Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a reservation at Maisons Alpines is governed by the following conditions.

1. Free Cancellation

• Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date.
• In case of cancellation within this deadline, any payments already made will be refunded in full.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

• For cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in, a penalty equal to 50% of the total booking amount will be applied.
• In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the guest will not be entitled to any refund and the entire reservation amount will be retained.

3. Changes to the Booking

• Any changes to your reservation (stay dates, number of guests, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• If the change results in a reduction in the length of your stay, penalties may apply according to the cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation by the Facility

• In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, technical problems, etc.), Maisons Alpines reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In this case, the guest will receive a full refund or, where possible, alternative accommodation of equal value.
